Sheana is a Somatic Wellness Coach, Yoga Mentor, Yoga and Meditation Teacher. A soul seeker on a quest to explore the mind-body-spirit connection, Sheana has completed over a thousand hours of training with diverse yoga and spiritual teachers around the world while also embracing an extraordinary life of sobriety since 2013.
These transformational experiences have imbued Sheana with unique insight into how personal discovery of Spirit can lead to awakening, enriched living and discovering one's soul path. Self-discovery, acceptance and break-through are at the heart of Sheana’s teachings to help students uncover their true nature and to wake up to see their own magnificence.
Sheana channels this alchemy of wisdom to students through her offerings in Mindful Flow Yoga, Yin Yoga, Meditation, Breathwork and 1:1 Coaching.
Sheana is a humble and grateful student and teaches weekly Yin Yoga classes, workshops, retreats and leads the Yoga Mentoring Program at YogaFlow in San Francisco.
