In Chinese Medicine, Autumn is a time to harvest our energies after the Summer growth cycle. It's time to take time to pause, reflect, and connect with the intuitive ‘feeling’ parts of ourselves, and honor our inherent need to slow down and be still.
Imbalances in the Autumn Body can show up as sadness, grief or exhaustion. On the other hand, balance is associated with clear thinking, openness to new ideas and good communication.
This 2 hour immersion offers

Yin Yoga to stimulate the physical organs of the body- the Kidneys to recharge our 'batteries', and the Lungs to process feelings of despair and sadness

Psycho-spiritual inquiry to reveal what may be holding you back from being receptive and open to new ways of being this Autumn
