Autumn is the time to harvest our energies after the Summer growth cycle. It's time to pause, slow down and be still. Join me as we prep the body, heart and mind for Fall. This will be a deeply nourishing and grounding experience. It's an opportune way to set intention for the Season of Harvest. You'll emerge feeling relaxed, more at ease in your body, heart and mind, and ready to embrace the Autumn.

This 2.5 hour mini-retreat includes:

  • releasing physical tension from the body through deep forward folds to balance your vitality
  • opening the upper body and heart to release emotion and clear the energy pathways
  • guided pranayama (breathwork) and meditation
  • restorative yoga to allow the body to metabolize the benefits of this deep practice

Investment: $45

All levels. Beginners welcome.

If you're working with an injury, please let me know in advance and we can modify the practice for you.

Yoga Flow has taken immense care in abiding by city guidelines for COVID-19. Props will be sanitized and cleaned before the workshop, with pillow cases for the bolsters to ensure maximum comfort. In addition, we are limiting the number of students to allow nice space between the mats and the room will be ventilated. I personally feel comfortable with all these precautions and I hope you do, too.
