My classes are deliciously grounding and calming to help you unwind. We breathe deeply together and gently open the pathways of the subtle body through Yin Yoga to emerge more balanced and connected to our true nature.
Yin Yoga brings unique physical, emotional and energetic benefits; poses are held for extended periods to lubricate tissues and stimulate chi flow in the body. Each pose is an opportunity to practice love and compassion toward the self and to develop more intimacy with the present moment. Yin Yoga is often felt like a needle-less acupuncture session, and can leave you feeling euphoric.
I also weave in the practices of Jin Shin Jyutsu® to balance the energetic body, and the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine for organ health and vitality.
