Live Streaming Classes
My classes are deliciously grounding and calming to help you unwind. We breathe deeply together and gently open the pathways of the subtle body through Yin Yoga (long held poses) to emerge more balanced during these difficult times.
I also weave in the practices of InnerYoga to create awareness and kindness, Jin Shin Jyutsu® to balance the energetic body, and the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine for organ health and vitality.
Classes are donation- based with a suggested donation of $10. I realize these are difficult times so nobody will be turned away if you cannot afford it. All are welcome.
All levels welcome.
Please bring 1-2 blankets, a bolster or 2 cushions from your couch.
