My classes are deliciously grounding and calming to help you unwind. We breathe deeply together and gently open the pathways of the subtle body through Yin Yoga to emerge more balanced during these transitional times.
Yin Yoga brings unique physical, energetic, and emotional-clearing benefits; poses are held for extended periods to lubricate tissues and balance chi flow in the body. Each pose is an opportunity to practice love and compassion toward the self and to develop more intimacy with the present moment.
I also weave in the practices of Jin Shin Jyutsu® to balance the energetic body, and the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine for organ health and vitality.
A great practice of those curious to develop their yoga practice beyond the physical body or those depleted who may desire a more gentler approach.
